At PXR Properties, we work with landlords, estate agents , developers and investors to build genuine, long‑term relationships rooted in trust and clear communication. Here’s how our process works:

1. We Partner With Landlords, Estate Agents & Developers

• We build relationships with Landlords, Agents and Developers who have suitable properties

• We assess each property to ensure it meets investor requirements

• We maintain open communication so all parties understand the process and expectations

2. We Match Investors With the Right Deals

• We work closely with investors to understand their goals, strategy and budget

• We source Rent-to-Rent SA and Rent-to-Rent HMO properties that align with their criteria 

• We only present deals that have been vetted and analysed properly

3. We Charge a Small Upfront Commitment Fee

• Investors pay a small commitment fee

• If we do not secure a suitable deal within 3 months, the fee is refundable

• This ensures commitment on both sides and helps us dedicate time to finding the right deal

4. We Negotiate Terms for All Parties

• We liaise between the investor and the landlord/agent/developer

• We help agree terms that work for all parties

• We support with contract structure, expectations and compliance

• Our goal is a smooth, fair and transparent agreement for all parties 

5. We Finalise the Deal & Charge a Sourcing Fee

• Once the deal is agreed and contracts are signed, we charge our sourcing fee

• The commitment fee is deducted from the total sourcing fee

• This covers our work in finding, analysing and securing the opportunity

6. Optional: Ongoing Management Services

For investors who want a hands‑off experience, we currently offer:

• Short‑Term Rental Management (for SA units)       

This service is available for an additional fee.
